How do I become a member?
Simply sign up by submitting your email and you will receive an email in the future when your account is ready. Basic membership is free.

Why do I have to be a member and sign in
We simply want people who are serious about music to enjoy our websites as much as possible. To be able to keep the quality of the website at this level we have to make sure not everyone can abuse our websites with all kind of advertisements on our message boards or abuse our website speed. It also will be useful to be able to bring you more specific information based on your preferences.

I don't have a password yet!
- You will receive details by email in the near future if you have signed up for a membership, account or newsletter

My password is not working!
- If you are subscribed and have received a password then you should be able to sign in. Make sure you have typed it correctly, passwords can have numbers and letters and upper and lower case. Many times people misread an O or o for the number 0 (zero) or the other way around. Or the I(uppercase i) for the l(lowercase L) or the other way around.
Or try to copy and paste the password from the account email you received.

I forgot my password
- Hey that happens to everybody, no problem, just try to log in and request your password by clicking: Forgotten your password? It will be emailed to you.

Why can't I access the members content?
- Either you didn't sign in or your browser does not support cookies. Try logging in again and make sure you have your cookies turned on for this website

My newsletter has not arrived yet!
- Your preferences allow you to set your newsletter preferences. If you have set your newsletter preferences to low and have not signed up for many subjects you will receive your newsletter only when there's news on the subjects you want to receive.

I have subscribed but have not received anything yet!
- Just in case you are not subscribed yet try again. If you get the message that you are subscribed, rest assured you will get your account info in the future! We get new requests daily and have to process many requests, reviews and more so it might take some time.
