I am planning on starting a plyometrics program to increase my vertical leap. My only problem is that I am rehabing stress fractures on my tibia (almost healed) and have tendonitis in my achilles tendons. Would it be unwise to start a plyometrics program in such a condition, and if so, what do you suggest I do to increase my vertical leap. (I feel like I dont have many options)
