Eat wholegrain foods and how you don't get THAT fat
Eating wholegrain products has been found to have a inverse related with weight gain. Data of thousands of men between 40 and 75 were analysed. And guess what.
For eating daily 40g more wholegrain from all foods weight gain was reduced by 0.49 kg.
So if you eat more wholegrain food you can still will gain weight if you eat too much, but it won't make you that fat that fast.
Foods in which 51% or more of the ingredients consist of wholegrains are described as wholegrain foods.
Wholegrain foods include: Wholemeal bread, brown rice and breakfast cereals such as shredded wheat and weetabix.
