Recipes: Low Carb Pizza Dough
Making the Pizza dough:
Take regular or whole flower. Add a little protein powder or/and an egg. Add oil, salt, yeast and heatable sweetner or a little sugar. Keep adding water until you have a bread-like dough.
Let the dough double in size at room temperature in a closed bowl.
Roll-out until you have the thinnest possible pizza! This is really the best trick to any low carb pizza. Enjoy!
