Weight Lifting: Number of Sets Essentials
No matter what kind of sports you are doing here's an overview of the basic set essentials when you are weight lifting, power training or body building.
Rest Between Sets
Endurance trainging: 15 to 25 repetitions rest about 30 seconds between sets Health/Fitness training: 10 to 15 repetitions rest 50 seconds Muscle Size training: 8 to 12 repetitions rest 60 seconds Strength 5 to 6 repetitions rest 3 minutes Power 2 to 4 repetitions about 4 minutes
