Why Vegetarian Diets help you Lose Weight and Lower Cholesterol

Doctors, nutritionists and dieticians are not always eager to advice a vegetarian diet. One of the reasons is that they think people will not like such a diet because why would someone stop eating meat. For some people who have high cholesterol or want to loose weight this is really less of an issue sometimes.
