Weight Loss Fitness: a quick start guide
Fitness or wheight lifting is an excellent way to achieve an important goal for many of us: Weight Loss. But how should you start, which methods work?
Some basic guide lines:
1) More repetitions per set will burn more calories, and will not make you as mentally tired compared to heavy low rep sets 2) Keep Exercise sessions short! 45 minutes is a good start. 3) Do fun exercises, and try to get every muscle involved 4) Try to do some short cardio workouts to warm up, in between, and cool down 5) alternate exercises: legs, chest, abs, arms, shoulders, etc

I am 15 years old. . and I havent got so many time to go to the gym or. . Fitness studio. . diets are not for me too. . because I just can't do it. . I dont have enough strenght to do diets. . I just have to eat chosolate sometimes. . Etc. I have been doing some exercises at home. . and running sometimes. . but the fat doesn't want to go away from my legs. . the stomach and arms are simple. . I do exercises for them. . But the legs, what should I do???? | |
