High Glycemic Post workout meals: White Rice Recipes
All high glycemic recipes on this page use white rice.
1) Pineapple rice:
Cooked white rice Some pineapple for taste
Bake the pineapple a little until starts it starts to turn brown a little. Add rice and bake some more. Jummy!
2) Sweet Cinnamon rice:
Cooked white rice Cinnamon Sugar.
Bake sugar and rice with a little oil, add cinnamon for a few seconds and done!
3) Chili Pepper Cinnamon rice:
same as above, add just a pinch of chili powder or hot pepper.
4) Sushi style rice:
Cooked white rice Sugar white vinegar
Bake rice, add sugar and white vinegar. Tasty!
