Omega 3 Fish Oil and supllement, what isn't it good for?
Recent new studies already showed that fish oil including the important omega 3 fatty acids have many benefits including:
- breaking down fat - increasing fat metabolism - high cholesterol - reduce cough in allergic children - preeclampsia, postpartum depression, menopausal problems, postmenopausal osteoporosis and breast cancer in women
to name a few..
It really makes you wonder what it isn't good for, why not that many people eat fish or take supplements daily and why fish have not received the Nobel Prize for a healthy life.
