Drinking before workout related to the ability to Burn Fat

Drinking enough before exercise and workout seems to be important for different reasons. De-hydration is certainly one. A new study on the relation between the amount of water in your blood and the ability to burn fat has shown that the less you drink and the more de-hydrated you are the less fat your body is able to burn.
